This little stove is awesome. It puts off a lot of heat, is easy to start and efficient. We just changed out the brick lining and it only cost us $60.00 and an hour or so. If your wood is properly seasoned and you know how to burn, this stove will be great. We just replaced our second stove with another Quadra Fire 4300. Also a great stove.Overall Performance:

Have had the QF for 18 years. Never had any problems. I just replaced the door gasket..first one since I've had the stove. I burn Madrone mostly so no creasote build up. Or very little. I would buy this again.Overall Performance:

I have the quadrafire for about 7 yrs now and my only regret is not having spent the additional $500 for the ash drawer. I bought a caframo fan that just sits on the wood stove to distribute the hot air more evenly than my ceiling fan and I am snuggly warm even at -30 degrees. just have to load more often since I bought the smallest stove available since my living room isn't that big. It doesn't ...Overall Performance:

We have had the Quadra Fire 2100 for 8 years, and have been disappointed from the start. In our previous house we had a Federal Airtight which was impressive in heat production and easy, but was told by the dealer the QF was even better. But it doesn't produce nearly the heat and is a lot more work to start, requiring paper, cardboard and fine and medium size kindling. The Federal AT can start ...Overall Performance:

This fire place does not do what it is supposed to do that is heat a full room, sitting away from the fire approximately 4 metres away from the fire the temperature was 18 degrees cels. not good enough, ha omend it to anyone, To get any warmth from it you must stand one and a half metre from it this is not good enough, in fact disgusting as it was recomended by the seller. Our bad move.Overall Performance:

I would give this stove a higher rating but if you need parts, the cost is outrageous. One of the small bolts/clip that hold the Manifold pipes in place fell out and to replace will cost me about $50. The fiberboard baffle about $160. Based on the cost to replace broken parts I would not recommend this stove.Overall Performance:

Had this stove for 3 winters. My only complaint is the baffle at the top of the firebox makes it impossible to load more than 2 half-logs of 6" diameter. When starting, with tinder & small limbs, I can only fit 1 half in and must often resort to using a firestarter block to get enough combustion to start that 1 log. But the baffle is probably worth it & I did want a small stove. It does burn ...Overall Performance:

Had a Quadra-Fire for over 8 years. Sold it with the House when we moved. We should have taken it. It was the best stove I've ever had.
