Country Flame Harvester
Auger motor on my Harvester also went out. I am disappointed in the stove and in the company I bought it from. After 6 weeks, I don't have the part I need and the people at Fireplaces Unlimited in Lubbock, TX won't return my calls. Advice anyone?

Stove auger went out
Stove constantly smokes up the room leaving all kinds of soot on the carpet.
