I bought my Cascade used about 5 years ago and it has worked very well for me. It's the simplest one I've seen, and does the job. I had to replace the fan motor and found out one motor runs both the combustion air and the room heat fan, which made it more expensive (about $175 on Ebay). The only thing is I need to upgrade to a larger stove as I added on to my home and this one has to work hard during a cold snap to keep it almost warm. A great stove if you have a small home and budget.
