Review: Pacific Energry True North TN19
Pacific Energry True North TN20
Grew up with wood heat and wanted it also in our 2400square foot two-story house, built in 1991, Okanagan, B.C. . Old windows that have broken seals, an unfinished basement and a set of stairs that divides the house make our brand new install a little iffy, as I was wondering if the heat would benefit us to the point that we could completely shut off our annoying furnace. Success! Didn't want to pay $2000 for a new stove, the t20 was as price-efficient as I could find without going to a big box store...about $1000 all said and done. Brand new double-walled chimney straight up through second story roof, this thing sure hums! Filled it last night after a full day of burning, hubby reports it was 21c all day yesterday, woke up to a full bed of burning coals, and house at 19.5c. I'm thrilled as this is a small stove at 19 cu ft. Super impressed and, best if all, warm! Thrilled with our purchase, and thrilled with the Pacific Energy True North TN20!
