Whitfield Cascade
The Cascade is an inexpensive unit, which proves that you get what you pay for. It is fussy, tempermental, and requires constant tweeking to keep things operating correctly. Ours has a tendancy to snuff itself out, which creates so much smoke, evacuation is necessary. It is difficult to use it for heating, when opening all doors and windows is required. We have had the technician back several times, but even he can't get it to work properly.
