I love love this stove. I'm getting another pellet stove and was considering an insert plus other harman models. The feedback on the other models aren't as good,so I think I will be purchasing another P68. I will say the type of pellets one burns is important. Except for cleaning, which is a breeze, I have had absolutely no problems and I've just been delighted with this stove! I don't ...Overall Performance:

Loving it! 2nd winter with a used demo model. -30 C and it's heating my open space vaulted ceiling 4 room log house to a steady 21C degrees. Easily heats to a higher room temp. No issues. Much quieter than the Harman Invincible it's replacing.Overall Performance:

I have an owned a Harmon P68 for one year now. I live in Ohio in about a 250,000 dollars home. I have a Grand living room with vaulted ceilings. The stove is the centerpiece of the home. It is beautiful, generating lots of heat always. It is dependable and ,unlike a woodstove, I do not have to sit there and constantly tend the fire. It is much less work and much less heat. I use a paintbrush that ...Overall Performance:

I have had no problem with my P68 it runs like a champ. We suspected that our allergies were a result of using wood pellets but an allergist says no. Now that we have been prescribed steroids for the winter it's really no problem.Overall Performance:

We bought this stove recently and absolutely love it!! Best investment we have made by far! We first purchased a US Stove King stove and it caught fire in the hopper! Terrible experience! The P68 was the replacement as we didn't want to mess around with another cheap stove. This unit does a fantastic job at keeping our 2000 sq ft old farmhouse warm. It's great not having to shut it down ...Overall Performance:

This stove is the greatest. I live 60 miles North of Columbus, Ohio. It cranks out a lot of heat. I used to own a wood burning insert. It was a lot of work, dirty and the heat went up the chimney. As an attorney, I do not have time to constantly feed a fire, or start up a fire. My P68 warms the entire house by burning wood pellets. It is comfortable heat. It cost me 2500 to have a hearth ...Overall Performance:

I've had two different brand of pellet stoves in the last 20 years and this one, the P61A is by far the best of them all. I love the ease of maintenance and how easy this stoves maintains a constant room temperature. I'm heating 1250 sq. ft. here in northern Maine where we can get -20 weather for several weeks in winter and this stove is doing it wonderfully and better than the other two stoves ...Overall Performance:

This is my 8th season with the P68. I am heating about 1800 sq ft. The stove heats the area nicely. I use room temp mode and it keeps the house at a constant temp in NE PA where we have harsh winters. I have had not any trouble with it. although I replaced the igniter last year. Seven years is not bad for an igniter I have seen other brands need igniters every other year. I did it myself and ...Overall Performance:

Have never had a better pellet stove in my life, once we turned it on it ran 24/7 for 5 months straight for two winters and 2014 will be our third year. Had to replace the blower motor one year and the exhaust blower the second year , and replacing them was a snap! Oh and by the way we bought this unit used.Overall Performance:

We have had our P68 since the fall of 2004 when we bought our home. It just keeps on tickin. We replaced the auto igniter twice in the 2nd and 3rd years. I light it with a propane torch now. Takes one tank of propane per year vs a $250 repair bill. Other than that we replaced one part in the box - don't remember the name. It was easy to order from a local dealer and I replaced it. It has saved us ...Overall Performance:

Excellent stove, excellent stove indeed. We ask it to heat our entire home 2, 200 sq ft and it has done an excellent job. The machine is easy on pellets, one 40 pound bag of premium pellets will last us 24 hours. As with any pellet stove you need to look after it. Scrapping the fire box of klinker biuld up and vaccum ash. We have had this stove for three long Washington state winters with no ...Overall Performance:

I had a p68 at my previous house which worked really well. So when we moved we bought another one only with auto ignition for the basement of the new house and an XXV for upstairs since it was prettier to look at. The p68 has run for 8 years with no problems and not a single part replaced. We use it constantly from November to March and less in the fall and spring. We have had our Harman for 3 years now. The blower fan motor did need to be replaced at the beginning of the 3rd season but it may have been related to humidity level in our basement during the off season. We are very happy with this stove. It has heated our entire house (basement to 2nd floor) very well. Our furnace hardly ever kicks in. We have played with the heat and feeder settings this year ...Overall Performance:

I bought this stove 5 years ago and am very happy with it. I have had no issues with the stove save an ignitor replaced, on warranty. The stove heats my open space, 200 year plus church, in central New Brunswick, Canada. Save regular cleaning, I have had absolutely no issues with the stove, I highly recommened this unitOverall Performance:

I bought one and it did not heat my house at all. My local dealer was very bad. He would not return calls and blame me. I fix the problem my self. I turn my stove in to a coal stove and it is great. Twice the heat and cost less to run.Overall Performance:

After spending $4200. for oil 2 years ago, we bought a 4 yr old used HarmonP68. It took a few weeks to figure out the right temp and how it worked. It does make a little blower noise but we don't notice it anymore (a friend commented that the Harmon is so much quieter than his) We tried several types of pellets and found that some produced a lot of ash and burned a lot faster. Do not waste your money. Do not buy this stove. I bought this stove, serial number 8283205, on 14Aug 2009. I thought I was golden, getting a high priced, highly rated stove using the obamabates too. Ok, Ive posted before, and I got my P68 four years ago, every year ive had to replace the auger because it was worn out.. after many visits from stove dealer.. while i love the stove, I do not like that ive had to have a new auger replaced every year for four years in a row, the end thats visable and nearest the fire, first year, it got so thin it moved when i pushed my thumb on it to see why it was shaped wrong, it was worn thin, second year, same thing, third, it had the same thinning and was missing the end of the fin, this year, the fin is so thin, ...Overall Performance:

If you have a large open area or an area with cathedral ceilings this is the only stove for you. Highest BTU output of any stove in its class.
