I purchased a Breckwell P23 stove 3 years ago. It has been used for 4 winters now. It worked fine the first year. After the warranty expired it has been nothing but problem. I have spent over $1000 keeps it working and still it's not working correctly. The stove shop told me it's because China is now making most of the parts. DON"T buy a Breckwell product.Overall Performance:

I own the Breckwell P23 (bought new approx. 4 yrs. ago). Since that time, I have had to replace each fan (the convection and blower). Convection fan replaced once; blower fan, twice; and it looks as though I am going for a third time as the bearings are going on the motor. I have had to have the ash tray spot welded again, as the spot welds let go. I would never recommend this P23 model for ...Overall Performance:

I have owned this stove for 5 years and love it so easy to clean and run.I work for a city on the highway crew in the winter i plow for 20hrs at a time.my wife does not have to worry about this stove at all.very dependable.i have a mobile home and run it on 2.and it keeps house at 70-73 no problem.hope this help.i would by another no problem:)Overall Performance:

I have the fireplace insert version of this stove. We have a 2 story 1400 sf home and it is our primary heat source. We ran this thing hard last winter going through 4.5 tons and less than 50 gallons of heating oil. We had a bad control panel and the customer service guy in Texas told be how to use a paper clip to jerry-rig the stove into working while they shipped me a new part. I run it on ...
