I have had my breckwell p4000 since 2008, and the only thing I have ever replaced is the brick panel set. It gives me plenty of heat and I am glad I invested in it.Overall Performance:

I've had my p4000 since 2012, have put in 2 combustion motors, 2 convection motors, proof of fire switch, high limit switch, had the control board fixed, and have to clean it it almost daily. Breckwell says tough kitty, and never has replaced one part. Today it made a big bang, turned off. who knows what is wrong now. I even put in a new dura flame 4" flue, and keep it super clean. Gonna get a ...Overall Performance:

I have 5 Breckwell stoves 4 P24,s and 1 P28. I have had nothing but problems with them. I clean them all the time but it does not help. The P28 does not work at all and on a rotation basis the P28 models keep failing. I have put hundreds of hours into working on them. Most of the problems are with the control boards not the cleaning as Breckwell claims. I need ideas any out there. I was ...Overall Performance:

The people that are giving the Breckwell 1 stars are just shills from the other companies trying to make them look bad. Piss on there reviews. I love my Breckwell. :-). I had my Classic Cast P4000 for 1 winter now and it saves me tons of money on my heating bill. I went from paying 800 a month in propane heating costs, to 150 a month with pellets. You buy what works for you, I trust Breckwell. ...Overall Performance:

I have to agree with most of these post the Breckwell is a very poor made piece of tin, I would have said iron but there is not a quality product used. I just went to a stove company that sell Harmon and Lopi and wow what a difference in material and workmanship. When you are shopping for a product that should last 15 years the offset of cost don't seem that much. All my friends that have ...Overall Performance:

Junk ! This pellet stove is two years old,is cleaned on a regular basis according to the manufacture specifications and has still burned out two convection motors. The most we have it set at is #3. I do not know how Breckwell stays in business. They dont return calls and will not stand behind their product.NEVER again would I buy a Breckwell, if there was a 0 rating they deserve it.Overall Performance:

JUNK ; stay away from breckwell . I've had my p4000 for 5 years now . fixing something on it all the f@#$%$#$ time.. The company is no help and will gouge the piss out of you on parts, even w/ the 30% off thier parts are a total rip off. they are going to winde up going out of buisness because they sell junk!Overall Performance:

Overall it is a decent value for the money. The 42,000BTU rating is a little misleading in that Breckwell does not recommend running at the high setting for more than 2 hours. Hence, the stove does not keep up when it gets below about 15 degrees F outside, and our home is smaller than the 1,500 sqft Breckwell states the stove will heat. So our oil bill has been a little higher than I was ...Overall Performance:

A dangerous piece of scrap metal you call a stove. Company does not answer emails so can not stand behind product. I do not recommend this stove unless the intent is to burn your house down. Do not buy a Breckwell.
