Regency F1100 Classic
Another small wood stove from Regency. Stands almost 32" high and is 24" wide. Puts out up to 55,000 BTU/hr and will take logs up to 18" long. The Regency F1100 is pretty impressive on first glance. It's got a brick lined firebox, which you don't see in many small wood stoves. It has a flat top, which will allow the use of a stove kettle or steamer, and it comes with either legs or a pedestal base.

I've had this stove for 2 years now. It is easy to use, but like the other reviews said the glass does need to be cleaned every couple of days. And the burn time even when loaded is not more than 5 hous. Plus, don't get the ash pan and save 100.00. It's easier to scoop the ashes out of the stove. The stove does put out alot of heat for a small stove. It keeps my 1000 sq ft single story house ...Overall Performance:

Had the wood stove for 5 years and it ended up with a 4" crack starting up the face. Asked for the stove to be replaced with the lifetime warranty. They would only weld the crack. Used the stove the following year and then the crack split up 8" on the face. Now regency says that they won't weld it because they can't since the split is so long and they won't replace it either. $3000 stove a ...Overall Performance:

I have use this wood stoove for the last 10 years, we find it very efficient and does little creosote if you burn dry wood, I had to change on piece and the company was very helpful. We recomended it. Benoit OntarioOverall Performance:

Outstanding little stove. I've had it for 12 years, and other than the top baffle tiles, I've never had to do anything except clean the chimney once a season but the glass door does build up creosote fairly fast unless you keep a very hot fire going. It has to be cleaned every day or two. Convenient to use, easy to start a fire in, and I love the reburn gases playing flames across the top of ...Overall Performance:

I've had this stove for 18 yrs..and it was fine at first. Since then the draft control has broken and the baffles are falling. I can no longer get parts to repair it..and the company, when contacted basically just shrugged their shoulders. Not their problem. The limited lifetime warranty was very limited (as in non existant). I think a wood stove should last longer than 18 years.Overall Performance:

Good woodstove for smaller homes. Clean-burning, rarely have to clean the chimney. Only down-side is the smaller fire-box means you can really only get 2 hours max. burn time if you are burning efficiently.Overall Performance:

Even using very dry wood, and burning correctly, so the glass door stayed clear, it built up a lot of creosote.
