Dutchwest Cast Iron Large 2461
Had mine, a used one, since January this year (previous owner needed a bigger stove). Bought 5 cord of wood and still have approx. 2 cords left. Replaced most gasket seals. Smoke does sometimes leak into house via doors. Had to muck around with it for awhile to figure out best way to operate it.
Thermal mass is incredible though (live in old 1-room brick schoolhouse) and yes, put on one big log at night, often lots of coals left in morning. So efficient that I had it going 24/7 when boiling down 25 gallons of maple sap on the stove - and my hygrometer showed that my humidity level dropped fromits usual level of 45-60% DOWN to almost 35%!
