Great stove
This is the best buy I've made in a long time. No problems since we bought it back in October. It's so easy and clean and it amazes me how efficient it is.

Sset your stove at 0-0. This seemed to fix it for us, also make sure there are no ashes blocking the vent hole where your ash pan is. how about stove not cleaning out it jams instead.

I'm constantly messing with the settings. I am burning wood pellets. If I set it at 0-0 then it barely burns at all. As soon as more pellets drop in, it all but puts the fire out. If I crank it...
