Quadra-Fire Castile
Have to agree with the nay sayers here. This pellet stove is poorly engineered and the company is less than helpful with support. The problems with this unit are NOT common with other pellet stoves.

I have experienced the noise, the shutdowns and many tech visits, costing $160 a trip. I have to clean this monster much more than the manual suggests. I've made all the adjustments suggested in the manual, including adjusting the trap door to the fire pot. I have followed maintenance reqs religiously. Plain and simple -It's a peice of junk. I have seen other brands of pellet stoves run in my friends houses (Harman for one) and they have it all over the Quadrafire.
