Country Flame Harvester
Auger motor on my Harvester also went out. I am disappointed in the stove and in the company I bought it from. After 6 weeks, I don't have the part I need and the people at Fireplaces Unlimited in Lubbock, TX won't return my calls.

Advice anyone?

Stove auger went out
Stove constantly smokes up the room leaving all kinds of soot on the carpet.
This has to be the worst pellet stove made.

I bought our stove in 2005 and we have had very good luck with ours until now. Country Flame was bought by AES and many or all of the former CF dealers are no more. I now thought I needed an agitator...

UpDate - All is well, Control Panel was bad and in a comedy of errors the tech mistakenly replaced my good motor with a defunct used one. New control panel came in, motor exchanged and we are burning...

my stove is 5 years old and the only thing i have done is replaced the stir auger (tips broke off). corn burns great -people with problems don't know what they are doing....
