Vermont Castings Aspen 1920
I have had this stove for about 4 months and primarily use it on the weekends. It's a great heater for my small / weekend home. However, the finish (Classic Black) started to "rub" off on top of the stove when wiped down with a damp cloth. Is this a common problem ?

Good stove so far for the price. I've had it about 2 months. Burns solidly and the heat is consistent. I give it a 4/5 rating.

The stove took some getting used to. Keeping the airways clean are essential to smooth operation. It will not heat large spaces but is a very efficient heater for a great room or large family room....
