We have had ares for 3 years. I have replaced the blower units and now the controll unit. This is not a cheap unit to buy and the parts are not cheap.The blower units ( motors) are built very cheap they are not a closed unit and the grit from the pellets eat at the bearings they should be a closed unit

THis stove has been nothing but trouble from day 1. It shoots pellets outside of the burnpot and has caused mini-fires down below in the ash bin. I have to clean mine almost daily now in order for it...
