Napoleon NPS40
Lot of work ,must clean pot every 2 days. Glass gets dirty top 1/3 regularly. Have used hardwood and softwood pellets with no change . No help from company at all or dealer that installed. Would not give good review to anyone . STAY AWAY!!!

Have owned this stove for 4 months and we are completely dissappointed. The fan is extremely loud with a constant ringing. Had it replaced by the store we purchased it from and the problem remains....

We bought our Napoleon insert and have had almost no problems. The fan DOES get periodically noisy, but it is intermittent and not bothersome. It seems to go away when I let it rest for a while....

The stove is a piece of Junk. The engineering on this is done by morons. They put a Flanged joint on the fresh air fan and a Slip joint wit silicone to seal it on the Combustion side. as an example....
