Enviro Windsor
Hope this runs better than the Windsor. nothing but problems, and no one knows how to fix it. Too many things to replace. We bought it for $2500 thinking it would pay for itself in 3 years with savings on heat, but its nothing but headaches. Sure hope the Empress (which looks just like my Windsor) is a better performer, unfortunately I will never know as I will never buy an Enviro product again. And I thought I did my homework.......

very poor performance, would not buy again, won't stay lit over fills burn pot putting out fire.
I have a Quadra fire down stairs a much better stove

I absolutely love this little stove. Considering it is only 35,000BTU's it works great for a small stove and is also very classy looking.

It heats our circa 1825 drafty home quite well...
