had the blower motor replaced ,one of the boards replaced,fan motor replaced, heat sensor replaced auger motor replaced has to be cleaned every 3-4 days. this has to do with the pellets. so far all the parts and time for the dealer to replace them has not cost me a dime outside of having to be home at the time of the service call. dealer is very reliable all this maintenance work has been done inthe past two years. i bought it in the 2007-2008 heating season. would not spend this kind of money againon this stove it has went out on me two weeks ago in zero degree weather at 230 in the morning .the dealer has been great i will get rid of it in three years the warrenty will probably be up then . the next time ill buy a coal stoker . i thought buying this stove and spending this kind of money approx $3600.00 would last me for years with no problems boy was i ever wrong .these kind of problems you would expect if it wewwre 4-5 years old not brand new out of the box. I would not recommend this stove to anyone. the dealers service is the only thing that has made it bearable I have written Mr. Thelin numerous times about thiese problems I think I should be reimbursed money for this product so i can go out and buy something reliable. tony gentile
