Enviro Empress
Dealer problems mainly. Motherboard never worked on one. It took 3 weeks to get a return call and 5 weeks to get the replacement installed. Fire started in pellet bin. Called dealer. He responded 5 days later after many calls to him. Fire put out with water. Auger and igniter do not work. Waiting now for resolution of why pellet bin ignited and whether auger motor and igniter ought to be replaced. Given track record, this dealer will not get to those issues before the next heating season.

very poor performance, would not buy again, won't stay lit over fills burn pot putting out fire.
I have a Quadra fire down stairs a much better stove

I absolutely love this little stove. Considering it is only 35,000BTU's it works great for a small stove and is also very classy looking.

It heats our circa 1825 drafty home quite well...
