Breckwell Big E Utility Furnace and Home Heater
Please do yourself a favor and do not purchase this stove we have had nothing but headaches since we spent all of our stimulus check on this. We have had to replace the ash pan twice since we installed in October. The burn pot over fills causing the burning coals to tumble into the front of the ash pan causing it to "Pop" releasing hot coals and unburned pellets to spill onto floor a major fire hazard! Also we were told when we purchased that we would be able to heat our entire home well let me tell you we have woken up to 50 degree temperatures in the morning, And this is on our first floor! The bedrooms on the second floor were considerably lower in temperature. Another problem with this stove is that it constantly is going out. Just today I have had to restart it 7 times already since 5am and it is not 10:30am. My Husband and I both are very unhappy with this stove and are seriously considering requesting a full refund from the company for both the stove and the wasted money in pellets. As I said before do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY THIS STOVE!!!
I will never ever recommend any Breckwell products to anyone because of poor quality and customer service.
