Napoleon NPS40 insert
We bought our Napoleon insert and have had almost no problems. The fan DOES get periodically noisy, but it is intermittent and not bothersome. It seems to go away when I let it rest for a while. We've had it going almost 24/7 since November '08. It's great heat, and while we had to supplement a bit with our oil heat in our 1800-square-foot colonial when the temps hit 15 degrees as a high, it's cut WAY down on our heating bill. We love our Napoleon pellet stove. It's pretty and really cranks out the heat. BTW, we were wood stove owners before, and pellet stoves are different as they convect. It's never too hot in the room we have it in and it makes the rest of the house wonderfully warm.
