I am sooooooooooooo glad to see a review for this company!!!! Just awful!!!! Only two techs to answer your?s and the main people have left the company. I am on my second burner the 115 the first one 100 was awful as well as this one. We have have numerous parts replaced and guess what now it doesnt burn like it should. For those of you who said there isnt any black suet. Just wait, it will check your pipe outside,,,,,, and most of all if you bought one of there first stoves, and had it replaced or if you bought one before they moved before the second time they DID NOT keep any info on your stove. SO guess what peeps, there is no way to track your warrenty they didnt keep it... only wrote things down and they people like Justin, arent with the company anymore, as you can see i am the wrong person to ask about this stove. I read your reviews and i was just like all of you the settings, goofy to get just right but yea hang on, and so on, but if you go to different heating and cooling places now.. Theywill talk you out of a Bixby because of all the problems. Good luck to all of you!!!
