I love it! I don't seem to have any of the problems that the others have stated. The blower isn't too loud and it is very easy to start. The insert is harder to fill as the fill whole is narrower than the NPS-40. But, it looks great and heats great, and it has saved us a bunch in oil fuel this winter. Alternate heating sources are always a little more work than nothing at all. Please keep that in mind.

We bought our Napoleon insert and have had almost no problems. The fan DOES get periodically noisy, but it is intermittent and not bothersome. It seems to go away when I let it rest for a while....

The stove is a piece of Junk. The engineering on this is done by morons. They put a Flanged joint on the fresh air fan and a Slip joint wit silicone to seal it on the Combustion side. as an example....
