Enviro Empress
I have an empress. After 2 years, 11 repairs and toomany service calls and replacement parts, I am totally discouraged. I can't get a hold of the company, they pass me along to the same dealer, incapable of fixing the stove, and no one is there for back up if anything goes wrong. My stove runs for 20 minutes, shuts off and has to be turned on again. Everything has been replaced, 3 augers, 4 fans and a mother board. DOes anyone know how to gop about getting this situation fixed?

very poor performance, would not buy again, won't stay lit over fills burn pot putting out fire.
I have a Quadra fire down stairs a much better stove

I absolutely love this little stove. Considering it is only 35,000BTU's it works great for a small stove and is also very classy looking.

It heats our circa 1825 drafty home quite well...
