very, very nosey can not operate at night - fire pot cleaning lever is imposable to operate! Burns thru pellets fast - Rattle trap -- Poor dealer support - I will never buy there product agian

We have to clean it every day or it won't restart. (Lots of ash & soot) It has a very large clinker everytime we clean it. Ad said clean about once a week. Not true!!
