dI was excited when I bought this stove, but from the first time I started the stove it has been a huge disapointment. Not the sort of heat you would expect from a pellet stove. I have to run the oil furnace to keep 960 sq.ft. at 68. Very loud ringing noises about every 5 seconds, And the dealer just dosn't want to do anything about the problem. The dealear got his money, and the consumer gets screwed again------not

Have owned this stove for 4 months and we are completely dissappointed. The fan is extremely loud with a constant ringing. Had it replaced by the store we purchased it from and the problem remains....

We bought our Napoleon insert and have had almost no problems. The fan DOES get periodically noisy, but it is intermittent and not bothersome. It seems to go away when I let it rest for a while....

The stove is a piece of Junk. The engineering on this is done by morons. They put a Flanged joint on the fresh air fan and a Slip joint wit silicone to seal it on the Combustion side. as an example....
