Bixby Energy Maxfire
We have had our stove for about a week and a half. Love it! Heats the whole house, but then again we have a 1300 sq ft home, 2 level home and basement. I burn corn, I really think this would solve a lot of people's problems that I am reading about. (Soot on the siding and all.) Corn burns so clean that there is no smoke outside at all, and we are getting a consistent burn and heat.

I start the stove on the first setting, move it up to the second, then the third after a period of time. I was told not to move settings quickly, so I will wait 15 minutes or so between settings, then I drop back down to the first setting slowly again which I keep it at and it keeps the house at a steady temp. We are very happy so far and after running the numbers we expect to save $1800 this winter in heating.

At this rate I think it will be 2 years and we'll get our money back, pending any possible problems we may run into. I'm hoping there will be more info posted on the net in the near future. Bixby should back their stove up with better communication and more information. This is a great product that should be backed by the company that produces it.

This is the best buy I've made in a long time. No problems since we bought it back in October. It's so easy and clean and it amazes me how efficient it is.

Sset your stove at 0-0. This seemed to fix it for us, also make sure there are no ashes blocking the vent hole where your ash pan is. how about stove not cleaning out it jams instead.
