Breckwell P2700FS
An attractive stove, but it has never operated well and customer service is non-existent. Phone calls to Breckwell's tech support department will be greeted by a friendly recorded message (promising to return calls in the order received), but the calls are never returned. I left messages on five different occassions, none of which were ever returned. The stove is finicky and quickly shuts down on any level above 2 (of 5). In fact, it frequently shuts itself down on level 2, if not serviced religeously (which we perform, i.e., full daily cleaning). The stove is servicable if left on level 1, but I expect a little more from a $2,000+ dollar stove. Overall, a big disappointment and would not purchase a stove from Breckwell again.
