As a former quad service tech I can tell you this is the best pellet stove on the market. The people who have given bad reviews most likely bought their stoves online and installed themselves. Lack of education on the operation and responsibilities of this pellet stove is whats to blame. This is the most advanced pellet stove built. Even people who are replacing old stoves need educated on the operation of this stove and professional installation. I have seen it time and time again, lack of education and poor install leads to an unhappy pellet stove owner. Proper education and properly installed pellet stove owners are VERY happy owners. If you are going to buy any stove be sure to do your research and educate yourself about what you are buying. Only buy from a Quad dealer, you will always recieve the support/education and knowledge that you will need. This is the most advanced and well built pellet stove on the market. NOTHING BURNS LIKE A QUAD!

I'm so glad we made the investment to buy this stove. I'm still new to using a pellet stove, but this Quadrafire stove made it easy to learn. The stove saved us over 1,500 dollars this winter.
