This stove is junk - the company even asked me to change my existing chimney and $4000 later I still have exhaust smell and cannot use it at all - I have been in touch with Barrie sellers and NO SERVICE at all - and will not exchange the stove even because it is defective. Please don't get stuck with this stove - I use to have a Drolet oil stove but Napoleon is not even close to the one I used every winter for the last 12 years and that I replaced with the OS10 Napoleon and regret - I will even try to bring them to court.
