I've owned my stove since October 2008. I've had trouble from the start. It is NOT quiet as a whisper. It is noisy and rattles a lot. Also, I had a fire in the ashpan. The machine was set on 2 at the time and kept sending pellets at a rate that couldn't burn fast enough. Good thing I was home at the time. I'm going to speak with the dealer about sending this back to the manufacturer and getting me a new brand/model.

Low quality overpriced model with issues:
1. Poor factory testing: check list was included but the stove was shipped with missing dumper control and igniter had wire with defective connections....
