Harman XXV
We got our Harman XXV in 2008 and have used it through 2 heating seasons. My only dissatisfaction is due to problems with the igniter. In the first year, our igniter had to be replace 3 times because the fire would go out and it would not restart. This is happening again this year. My husband has been able to get the stove started by cleaning it very thoroughly, but it still seems wrong to me that the stove cannot function as designed. We are fortunate we have back-up oil heat, but if my furnace misfunctioned in this way I would be very dissatisfied! Have others had this problem with their stoves? Any suggestions?

I Love the stove, I am still learning what setting to set the temp to for the best results in my home. I have burned 20 bags of pellets in 17 days.

My Harman XXV runs about the same. I burned 25 bags in 20 days a couple of months ago when I was counting. I live in Northern Minnesota.

My Harman XXV is nice,works great,easy to clean. Feeder motor after a week was making loud humming noise, I fixed it with a paper clip in 10 min,other than that. It Is very easy to use.

The igniter and auger are a constant problem. I've hadthe stove for 2 years and now the auger motor is fried. The Harman XXV is not a top quality stove.
