Quadra-Fire Classic Bay 1200
I have gone through two 1200 and have had numerous customer service problems with HNI. They pretty much told me to sue them for any satisfaction. Stove went out in middle of night and froze water pipes causing 15,000 worth of damage. I contacted the VP of HNI Ross Morrison and he said there was nothing he could do. I contacted a dealer to come fix the stove and he said he couldnt fix it. He didnt find out what the problem was. Quadrafire refuses to do anything and the stove is two years old only ran in the winter months so the stove only has 6-8 months of wear.
