I have only used my pellet stove for a few months and have a couple of concerns. I can not pull my draft out and the ashes will not fall through into the ash tray... I am not sure why..... When the ash tray fills the pellets that fall fall out and are then waste.. What is happening? I do enjoy having it and the best part I can come home and sit the top of it as the top does not get hot enough to burn....
