please do noy buy this unit!!!! what a joke! always broken! cold house, angry wife! There is no answer to the problems! It never works! well maybe for a week or two then complete shutdown! Poor service! Expensive replacement parts! At 2am in the morning I'm ready to start shooting it!

Sset your stove at 0-0. This seemed to fix it for us, also make sure there are no ashes blocking the vent hole where your ash pan is. how about stove not cleaning out it jams instead.
