Quadra-Fire Sante Fe
I bought my Sante Fe in September of 2008 and have burned about 6 tons of pellets. I find the heat output very low to the point I think something might be wrong with it. Since this was the first pellet stove I have ever had I just assumed that this was the amount of heat it gave off until I felt the heat output from my father’s stove which is a different brand. Sometimes I can touch the grills where the heat comes out and they don’t even feel hot. I did also experience a problem with the blower switch which stopped working on high. Only low and medium work. I replaced the switch and it was working for a day on high and then stopped. Now it just works on medium and low again. I saw that JW Rover had the same problem with heat on his 12/7/2011 post and was wondering if anyone knows what’s wrong or is experiencing the same problems too.
