The other people here who rated this stove poor must have done the install themselves and did a very poor job. I had the stove installed professionally last year. With last year's oil prices, it saved me $2,000. With this year's oil prices, it will be even more. I can only imagine.... The only thing that could be improved with this stove is the pellet storage. I wish I could put 4-5 bags of pellets in there. This could have been made possible by making the stove taller.

Bottom line. Very nice stove to look at, very efficient, love the programmable controls and the amount of heat that it puts out.
