This is the best wood heating stove I have ever used. This stove will burn all the "standard" wood everyone else burns plus any "junk" wood that others would not consider. I have burnt wood pallets, bark, old fence posts, cottonwood, wood shavings from log home "hand pealed" scrap, saw dust, less than aged firewood, etc. Very well built "like a tank", easy to use and load, no electric required, will accept large or small logs. My advise .. find someone who owns one and see what they say about the Sedore. The optional hot water coil produces bunches of hot water ... you will be looking for ways to use the excess hot water. All in all ... A+ rating.
