Stove tends to have problems, like the switch broke - the black part snapped right off. Customer service while friendly is worthless. All the will offer is a new $300 board. Would not even try to ask anyone there that knows something about them if they could pull a switch from a defective board and let me buy it. Conclusion: the stove is not worth the $5 switch to fix the board. These people are never going to get anything but bad recommendations from us! Our customer base can buy what they want so we'll take them elsewhere!
