- I absolutely love this little stove. Considering it is only 35,000BTU's it works great for a small stove and is also very classy looking.
It heats our circa 1825 drafty home quite well and is used primarily for our downstairs which is around 1,000...

- Easy to use, dealer support very poor, I have had $300 in replaced parts in two years, and no warranty coverege. Two Ignitors, two chimminey sensors, and one thermostat. Dealer in Billings would not respond to warranty claims.

- I use the stove as supplemental heat. It controls itself and maintains a constant tempature. The advance is stylish and easy to maintain. Only one small drawback is that I have to open both side panels in order to open the front window/door.

- manufacturer wants customer to pay for parts and labor in the event of warranty and then reimburse after they look at their defective part.... sounds illegal to me.... if this was going to be their warranty policy, it should be spelled out in the war...

- We have to clean it every day or it won't restart. (Lots of ash & soot) It has a very large clinker everytime we clean it. Ad said clean about once a week. Not true!!

- Have owned this stove for 4 months and we are completely dissappointed. The fan is extremely loud with a constant ringing. Had it replaced by the store we purchased it from and the problem remains. Would not recommend this stove to anyone.....
