- This does NOT heat 1500 square feet. It barely heats our living room, which is pretty disappointing. The cleaning and maintenance doesn't bother me, and it's easy to use, it just doesn't perform as well as it claims to.

- Blower has gone out twice in a year...no communication that it was upgrade due to poor quality and sent us the old model..it has been nothing but a lemon. Customer satisfaction is not going to happen through Breckwell. Supervisor gives no results.....

- This thing is cheap, and you get what you pay for. The replacement parts are all over $250 each, so beware. Both fans failed out of warranty and I paid $500 to replace. On top of that - only a modest heater. Can't get ahold of custermer service live....

- The stove is great to heat my home, but not impressed with the "blowing into a bottle" noise it makes when it is really cold out or windy. Overall fairly happy with it just not impressed with the noise.
