- the cheyenne has never worked for me. It goes out all of the time. You come home from work and it is 50 degrees in the house. It never produced the heat represented. Neither dealer or manufacture stood behind the product.

- Sset your stove at 0-0. This seemed to fix it for us, also make sure there are no ashes blocking the vent hole where your ash pan is. how about stove not cleaning out it jams instead.
