I bought my Cascade used about 5 years ago and it has worked very well for me. It's the simplest one I've seen, and does the job. I had to replace the fan motor and found out one motor runs both the combustion air and the room heat fan, which made it more expensive (about $175 on Ebay). The only thing is I need to upgrade to a larger stove as I added on to my home and this one has to work hard ...Overall Performance:

Ive had my cascade 7yrs and have just replaced the blower motor for the second time($450.00 cdn) I dont know why there is no place to give these motors a couple drops of oil? It is not the friendliest stove to keep clean,but it will belt out the heat(on high) Mine runs 24-7 and and has been a very good little stove!! I would recommend this stove as advertised (a work horse!)
