I have to agree with most of these post the Breckwell is a very poor made piece of tin, I would have said iron but there is not a quality product used. I just went to a stove company that sell Harmon and Lopi and wow what a difference in material and workmanship. When you are shopping for a product that should last 15 years the offset of cost don't seem that much. All my friends that have ...

Junk ! This pellet stove is two years old,is cleaned on a regular basis according to the manufacture specifications and has still burned out two convection motors. The most we have it set at is #3. I do not know how Breckwell stays in business. They dont return calls and will not stand behind their product.NEVER again would I buy a Breckwell, if there was a 0 rating they deserve it.

Overall it is a decent value for the money. The 42,000BTU rating is a little misleading in that Breckwell does not recommend running at the high setting for more than 2 hours. Hence, the stove does not keep up when it gets below about 15 degrees F outside, and our home is smaller than the 1,500 sqft Breckwell states the stove will heat. So our oil bill has been a little higher than I was ...

A dangerous piece of scrap metal you call a stove. Company does not answer emails so can not stand behind product. I do not recommend this stove unless the intent is to burn your house down. Do not buy a Breckwell.
