I Love the stove, I am still learning what setting to set the temp to for the best results in my home. I have burned 20 bags of pellets in 17 days.Overall Performance:

I love my Harman XXV. I had it installed this past fall. Almost from the start I have been getting a high pitched squeal when the auger feeds the pellets. I clean and vaccum once a week including the hooper, but the squeal continues.Overall Performance:

My Harman XXV is nice, works great, easy to clean. Feeder motor after a week was making loud humming noise, I fixed it with a paper clip in 10 min, other than that. It Is very easy to use.Overall Performance:

I have a Harman Accentra. It cost $3000.00 four years ago. It has had nothing but problems. The local dealer has said that they don;t know what is wrong. It won't turn off. Harman refuses to stand behind the stove. In four years it has had a new auger motor, new thermostat, and now needs a new circuit board. My advice? Stay away from a Harman product.Overall Performance:

I love my Harman XXV stove. I have had it for almost 2 months and it has performed great. It is currently heating my entire split level house of 1600sq ft. Looks great, burns clean and with it being cast iron does not get dangeriously hot. I did knock it one star, there is an issue with a squeel of some sort, but given the fact the stove is in the basement it doesn't bother me. Seems a common ...Overall Performance:

I actually hugged my stove the other day! I love this machine and have made ti my primary heat source in my house (I live in NB Canada) and can not get over how comfortable it is. So much so that when my dad was over fixing something for me, he compalined that it was too hot! Thanks for this wonderful product!

Buyer beware. Before you buy a Harman stove be sure to search the internet/forums to get a sense of the headache involved. I have had a Harman stove for two years and have been very dissappointed in both the dealer and manufacturer response to the many problems I've had with my stoveOverall Performance:

I bought this stove in January of 2008, it has since been my primary source of heat. It heats my 2 story 1200 square foot house nicely. Last season the end of the auger melted/wore down. My dealer came and fixed it at no cost, so it was not a big deal. This winter the ignitor went bad. Again a quick phone call and it was replaced at no charge. A month ago while cleaning the stove, I noticed ...Overall Performance:

We got our Harman XXV in 2008 and have used it through 2 heating seasons. My only dissatisfaction is due to problems with the igniter. In the first year, our igniter had to be replace 3 times because the fire would go out and it would not restart. This is happening again this year. My husband has been able to get the stove started by cleaning it very thoroughly, but it still seems wrong to me ...
