Keeps house 66-70 degrees even with -4 degree temps. Quiet operation, large pellet hopper, great price. Has been running since Nov 18, 24/7 no problems at all. Previous pellet stove was an Avalon. I planned on buying another, but the Breckwell was 900.00 cheaper and burns better than the Avalon. My friend has heated his home with a Breckwell for 4 years 24/7 and had no problems this helped to convince me to go with the Breckwell. No Regrets.

We bought a Big E Home Heater last year. It ran for about 4 months before parts started failing on it. We've replaced the combustion blower twice and the control panel three times, and it continues to malfunction. Currently waiting for Breckwell to get back to us on how they will resolve this, although at this point, we really just want a refund so we can get a stove that actually works. We've had our Big E for about a year, and we haven't had any problems with it. It's actually a bit more powerful than I thought, and I've had to figure out how to burn to get less output. It is totally worth what I paid for it.Overall Performance:

We have been using this stove for 3 years. We use this in a 2000 sq ft home as our primary heat source. During the heating season it runs 24/7 (except when we shut it down to clean it). We have it in our unfinished basement. We used only 75 gallons of fuel oil last year here in the mountains of SoutWestern Pennsylvania. I am thinking about buying another one to put in our livingroom.
