The Kuma Shasta is a versatile small stove with a 7" burner that can heat up to 1300 square feet. There aren’t many oil stoves that will burn biodiesel without some modifications. The Shasta will burn biodiesel without any modifications. Requires no electricity to run and can be installed without legs as a fireplace or with legs as a stove. 4" rear vent, approved for 4" class "L" low temperature chimney (type U.L. 641). If you’re looking for a direct vent oil stove, manufactured in the U.S., this might be the one.
