I love our corn stove. Very easy to use. We are in our 4 season of using it and have no problems with it. Defintely the best. Really only takes about 5 minutes a day to fill and vacumm it out. Very easy to care for it and have a toasty house in return.

We are very happy with the heat burning pellets. We wanted to reduce oil consumption and this stove heats 2000 sq ft.
The heat is very warm and eventually radiates through the house giving a much warmer feel than the oil furnace for roughly half the cost.

I bought my stove in May, and only began to use it in September. The motor has already blown on it and I'm not able to get the company to call me for a repair time. I've been calling them and I don't ever get a return call. Would not recommend this stove if the company does not stand behind the product.

I have bought a Magnum from a friend of mine because it put out TOO MUCH heat for his house. I have a house about twice the size and installed it in my basement. the heat it gives warms the entire house and is on only medium (3) heat. My friend bought a smaller model for his house. I am very satisfied with the stove even if it is 4-5 years old.

This is a HUGE saver on our gas bill! Very good, well made product and if you read the book that accompanies the stove, it really answers alot of questions and trouble-shoots. The biggest problems we have encountered have been locating high quality starter gels that get the pellets started (you CANNOT use corn to start the fire!) and gets the stove hot enough so that when the corn auger starts, ...

I have had the Countryside Baby Magnum for 5 years. Haven't had any significant problems, especially after they upgraded it to a higher output fan (std now). Runs constantly all winter and heats 100% of my MN house about 90% of the time. Uses 125 bushels of corn a year running constantly. It is in my basement and I never really run it above 2 o3 out of 5. It would be too warm. You need to ...

Since I purchesed this thing it has been a piece of junk. Even a dealer can't figure this thing out. Won't burn corn, won't burn pellets. American Energy Systems has been contacted several times. They don't even care, They say contact the reseller. Well, he's out of business, and another dealer can't figure the piece of crap out. I'm screwed!!!

Purchased a Baby Magnum Countryside. The unit never worked well from day 1, DEFECTIVE STOVE!!!! Called dealer I purchased it from. He had no clue what to do. Stove burns fine and the more corn and air you add the hotter the stove burns. BUT.....There is very little heat put into the room. Plenty of air, just not HOT air. The company said I can bring it to the factory (500 mi) and they would look ...

I HAVE A WINCHESTER MULTI-FUEL STOVE BY MAGNUM. WE WERE USING ELECTRIC HEAT IN OUR HOME. NOW WE BUY CORN OR CORN/PELLET MIX FOR OUR STOVE. IT'S GREAT! IT DOES MAKE A CLINKER EACH DAY THAT HAS TO BE REMOVED. THAT IS THE WASTED OF CORN FUEL, WHICH ISN'T MUCH. MY HUSBANDS USUALLY REMOVES IT. IT BURNS ABOUT 98% OF IT'S FUEL, TRANSFERS INTO PURE HEAT, UP TO 40,000 BTU'S. WE NEVER USE IT ON ...

I have the Magnum Countryside, this stove is wonderful, I live in an older drafty house and this stove set at 2 keeps it more than warm ... it is hot, last week it was 9 degrees outside, I ran the stove on 3 in the evenings then turned it to 2 for overnight and daytime when everyone was gone, it kept the house at 75 degrees. I burn a mixture of corn and pellets and use the sturr. I have NO ...

To be fair we were told it would burn any kind of grain.
Not true! It might work OK on woodchips but it is not very
user friendly. Maybe once we have had it for awhile it will
actually keep burning without going out all the time.
